Right of withdrawal for the R-Nostro Living Shop

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.
The product must be in its original condition, the packaging must not be damaged and the label must not be removed from the product.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

complete and submit electronically. If you make use of this option, we will immediately (e.g. by e-mail) send you confirmation of receipt of such a revocation.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of revocation
If you revoke this contract, we have paid you all payments that we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment.

Note on using both forms:
Both the model cancellation policy and the model cancellation form use the term "right of cancellation" instead of the term "right of cancellation" contained in the Austrian FAGG. This can be explained by the fact that the templates should be able to be used internationally (also in Germany). While Germany generally speaks of the "right of withdrawal", in Austria the usual term "right of withdrawal" was used. However, both terms mean the same thing.
The model cancellation form, which the consumer can use to declare a cancellation, must be made available to the consumer unchanged (duty to provide information § 4 Para. 1 Z 8 FAGG). No adjustments should therefore be made here.
The text of the model cancellation policy reflects the legal text. The use of the pattern is not mandatory; wording that deviates from the model may therefore be used.
However, the unchanged use of the legal model has a decisive advantage: If the legal text is used, the obligation to provide information regarding revocation (§ 4 Para. 1 Z 8.9 and 10 FAGG) is considered to be fulfilled (§ 4 Para. 3 FAGG).
